Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely! We love creating bespoke products tailored to your preferences. Whether you have a specific scent in mind or want a unique combination, just get in touch and we'll work with you to create something special.

How do I personalise my order?

You can add personalization requests in the notes section at checkout, or contact us directly to discuss your requirements. We can customize labels, scents, and product combinations to suit your needs.

Is there an extra charge for custom orders?

Custom orders are priced individually based on your requirements. Contact us with your ideas and we'll provide a quote.

Scent Options

Can I choose any scent for different product types?

Yes! Most of our scents are available across our full range including candles, wax melts, diffusers, and cleaning products. If you have a favorite scent and want it in a different format, just ask!

Can I request a specific scent that's not listed?

We're happy to discuss special scent requests. While we can't guarantee every scent is possible, we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences or suggest similar alternatives.

Can I mix scents?

No, Sorry, but when you mix scents, you need to have an individual assessment on that particular blend and unfortunately these are not cost effective for my business. However, I can try and source the blended scent for you from my supplier.

Product Types

What's the difference between candles, wax melts, and diffusers?

Candles provide ambient lighting and fragrance, wax melts offer flame-free scent using a warmer, and diffusers provide continuous fragrance without heat. Each has its own benefits depending on your preference and space.

Can I get the same scent in cleaning products?

Yes! Many of our popular scents are available in our cleaning product range, so you can enjoy your favorite fragrance throughout your home while keeping it fresh and clean.

Do you offer sample sizes?

Please contact us to enquire about sample sizes or smaller quantities if you'd like to try a scent, (please be aware that you will need to pay for postage) before committing to a full-size product. All subscriptions will come with free samples each month or you can request a sample with any order (of any item) placed.
