Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely. We love creating bespoke products tailored to your preferences. Whether you have a particular scent, design, or product combination in mind, get in touch and we will work with you to create something special.

How do I personalise my order?

Add your personalisation details where requested on the product page. If you would like to discuss something more specific, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

Is there an extra charge for custom orders?

Custom orders are priced individually according to your requirements. Contact us with your idea and we will provide a quote before work begins.

How long do custom items take?

Our hand-painted and personalised pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for preparation, although some items may need the full five days to cure properly before dispatch.

Can I cancel or change a custom order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Because personalised and custom items are made especially for you, changes or cancellations might not be possible once production has begun.

Scent options

Can I choose the same scent for different products?

Many of our fragrances are available across candles, wax melts, diffusers, and selected cleaning products. If you cannot find your preferred fragrance in a particular format, please ask and we will check its availability.

Can I request a scent that is not listed?

We are happy to discuss special fragrance requests. We cannot guarantee that every fragrance will be available, but we will try to source it or suggest a similar alternative.

Can I mix scents?

We cannot create one-off fragrance blends because each blend needs its own safety assessment, which is not cost-effective for a small custom order. However, we can ask our supplier whether a suitable ready-made blend is available.

Products and samples

What is the difference between candles, wax melts, and diffusers?

Candles add warm light and fragrance, wax melts release fragrance using a suitable warmer, and reed diffusers provide continuous scent without heat or a flame. The best choice depends on how and where you want to enjoy the fragrance.

Can I get the same scent in cleaning products?

Some popular fragrances are also available in our cleaning range. Please check the individual product or contact us if you are looking for a particular scent.

Do you offer samples?

Please contact us if you would like to try a sample before buying a full-size product. Postage charges may apply. Subscription boxes include free samples, and you can also request a sample when placing an order.

Shipping and delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to charges set by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are paid upon delivery and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

We usually need 3–5 working days to prepare an order before dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination. Hand-painted, custom, and personalised items may also need additional curing time before they can be sent.

Can I track my order?

Where tracking is included with the selected delivery service, we will email the tracking details after your order has been dispatched. We use Royal Mail and Evri for deliveries.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on UK orders over £30. Standard shipping rates apply to UK orders under £30 and to international orders.

Returns, damages, and product care

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help put it right.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to our refund policy. Personalised and custom products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Some home fragrance products, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How should I use candles and wax melts safely?

Always follow the safety instructions supplied with your product. Keep candles and wax warmers on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from children, pets, draughts, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle or heated wax warmer unattended.
